Kinga Elwira Cybulska (born 1982 in Lublin) is a Polish migrant poet. She graduated in Polish literature from the Catholic University of Lublin in 2006. Her debut poems were published in Galway: City of Strangers anthology in 2008. Her poems “Warsaw” and “Dreams and Awakenings” were included in Landing Places: Immigrant Poets in Ireland (2010).

She is a member of Over the Edge, the professional literary organization based in Galway. She has lived in Galway since 2006.
